Data processing

Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

The processing is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated in art. 4 paragraph 1 letter a), Legislative Decree 196/2003, namely: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. The operations may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated tools. The processing is carried out by persons in charge or by any persons in charge appointed by the Controller in addition to the Controller himself. Security measures have been adopted for the management of this data in order to guarantee the principle of confidentiality; these measures will be updated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
Rights of the Data Subjects
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification art .7 Law 196/03
Pursuant to the same article, users have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
