1. Training course main focus:
How to effectively use the Periodization of Strength in structuring a strength training.The specific secrets of each phase of training, and how each phase is based on sound scientific principles and practical experience.
How the phases of training are effectively planned in accordance with the sports competition schedule and fitness enthusiasts daily life habits.
The dominant abilities required to achieve performance goals for each sport, such as maximum speed, power or muscular endurance.
How to manipulate the load, force application, and the number of repetitions during a workout, as well as the loading patterns in each phase, to create the specific physiological adaptation needed for athletes to reach peak performance.
2. Review of biomechanics of exercises and discussion of proper form.

The test is done at home when you have time to review and understand all the information received. All questions and answers in the test will be reviewed in the material given.
Course Summary
The focus of this course is PRACTICAL APPLICATION. All participants will be tested on their ability to create, develop and apply training and planning principles to given scenarios. There are two grading components: an open-book multiple choice/true and false/fill-in-the-blank questions, as well as short-answer practical application scenarios
