The focus of these courses is PRACTICAL APPLICATION. All participants will be tested on their ability to create, develop and apply training and planning principles to given scenarios. There are two grading components: an open-book multiple choice/true and false/fill-in-the-blank questions, as well as short-answer practical application scenarios. 

Whether you are a personal trainer desiring involvement in the strength and conditioning field, or a coach involved in a specific sport or variety of sports, these courses is sure to diversify and improve your actually training and conditioning skills.

Dr. Tudor Bompa is recognized worldwide as the foremost expert on periodization training. He first developed the concept of periodization of strength in Romania in 1963, as he helped the eastern bloc countries rise to dominance in the athletic world. Since then, Bompa has used his system to train 11 Olympic Games medalists, and periodization training has become a standard method for conditioning champion athletes.

2.         Short answer practical application test for different scenarios

Need to know the basics of exercise, terms used such as sets and reps, muscle function and the main muscles of the body. Have an idea of how to do press-ups and squats. What you need is a desire to learn and a willingness to read and study the material you are given.

Examination method:

The first time we answer your questions, we wait 3 months after registration.

Students have two tests for the exams.

If the student does not reach 70% on the first attempt, he/she can take the exam again after 3 months.

If the student does not reach 70% correct answers in the second attempt, the student can take the exam for the third time one year after enrolment and pay 100 Eu.
